Normally, if you do come back to FM when transaction has been complete with PayPal, all gathered data is then included in a confirmation email that is automatically sent to the email address provided. Since it seems you logged out too quickly, wait until you get your cover and if there is a mistake, let us know and it will be corrected at no extra cost.

| I ordered from you once before and received the Magazine Cover the same day. I did not realize their could be up to a 36 hours wait. I am ordering at the last minute. The end of the year soccer parties are tomorrow. Could I pay an expedite fee? I would really like to get the 4 covers that I ordered today so I can get frames, wrap them and give them to the coaches on Sunday. Any help you can give would be great!!!! (Becky D.) |

As explained on the site, we will email you a 8 x 10.5 inches, 200 dpi pdf file that you can print on your own printer or thru a digital printing outlet. (Packaging and postage alone would cost us more than $8).

Terry, It will not "get here"... it is already there.
I think there is a misunderstanding: The pdf file attached to our first email is exactly what you bought: a hi-resolution file that you can print on your own printer. This is quite clear on the site. How could anyone sell for less than $6 something that would cost more than $12 in printing, packaging and mailing - and this does not include overhead and graphic artists work to design the cover.

Our newspaper front pages and magazine covers are usually processed and emailed within 24 hours. We send no proof or preview since any changes our client would want are made free of charge.

The main purpose of this site is having yourself or a friend on the front cover of a popular magazine.
It works like this:
We will do a fake magazine cover with the magazine title you select, using a photo you upload and captions/headlines you will give us. When the layout is done, the image file (a 8.5 x 11 inches, 200 dpi pdf) is emailed back to you. You can print the fake magazine cover on your own printer or send it to a friend as an attachment.
Each cover designed costs $5.95 US

All captions on any magazine are positionned according to submitted picture and magazine title style. We will also choose font size, colors, and so on so that the fake cover looks better than the real one :-). You can also give us specific instructions in a "message" box on the Order Form. Moreover, should you not be satisfied with the layout, it will be modified at no extra cost.
You can browse the site, we have close to 200 different covers for you to look at.

Our Order form is the most efficient way for you to send and us to collect and process your data, image & payment.
We will submit quote for quantities (20+) when project involves partial changes from page to page: same magazine title, same captions/headlines but different pictures (players of a football team for instance).

We do not send sample because any changes are done free of charge. Concerning this order, your image was somewhat small. If you can send another image (replying this mail), we will modify at no extra cost.

We don't really understand what you mean because the background will be what appears on the picture you will supply ??? Do you mean the color theme or fonts ? Please explain… What you could do is place order and we will design your cover and modify it until you are completely satisfied with the results.

We do not send proof before as this would be extra work and management. However, we will make changes/modify the cover until complete satisfaction. Our many samples on the site are good examples of the quality you should expect.

Our fake magazines can have any name you like. The name defaults to the real name on the Order Form but, up to a certain number of characters, you may change it to any name you'd like.

Usually, if you can see a preview, it would be because your layout is done by automated software… which is not the case with our magazine covers.
Each cover layout is done by a real human… and we will always make sure that headlines and captions are well positioned, not overlapping someone's face and so on. We also position the picture manually, making color correction and various enhancements when needed and we choose font colors and size according to the subject. Moreover, we will redo an order if there had been a mistake, even if it was not ours. Also, if you need to give us extra instructions, you can do that replying to our Order confirmation mail sent when transaction has been completed (you will always get a copy of data sent when you come back from PayPal even if the transaction was not finalized).

We like working with the largest picture possible… Better results are obtained when picture has to be downsized rather than when it is a small image that needs to be enlarged. Our graphic artist will crop according to selected magazine cover… moreover, if you are not satisfied with the layout, changes will be made without any additional cost.
Your Magazine Cover image will be a 200 dpi (dots per inch) 8.5 x 11 inches pdf file. It will be attached to an email sent to given address. Most of the time, production turnaround is less than 24 hours. As it stands right now, you can expect your cover before the end of the day.

If we were to have our covers printed, properly packaged and shipped (regular air mail), along with handling this would COST us at least $15. We believe nobody would want to pay more than $20 and wait up to 12 days to get a personalized magazine cover when one can get, within 24 hours and for less than $6, a file that he can print at home by himself.
